The three Catholic Churches cover an area from Garsdale in the West to the A1 in the East across Wensleydale and Coverdale and including Hawes, Leyburn, Middleham, Bedale and Masham, as well as many Dales villages. All of the churches date from the 19th century and have interesting histories, architectural features and activities.
Visitors and new parishioners are very welcome at any of the three churches:
St. Peter and St. Paul in Leyburn
St. Simon and St. Jude at Ulshaw Bridge near Middleham
St. Mary and St. Joseph in Aiskew near Bedale
(Summer months: Vigil Mass at 6.30 pm on Saturday at St. Margaret's Anglican Church, Hawes.)
